Ryan Williams

Hi, I’m Ryan, the Owner and Director of Elite Labour Support. With over 18 years of leadership and management experience across the UK, Ireland, the Philippines, India, and South Africa, I’ve had the opportunity to work in diverse industries and build strong, high-performing teams.

For the past eight years, I’ve been deeply involved in the railway sector, starting as a general PTS worker and working my way up through roles including COSS, Crane & Machine Controller, and RRV Operator. I also spent a year planning works for TXM Plant before taking on my most recent role as a Resource Manager.

At Elite Labour Support, my focus is on connecting skilled professionals with the right opportunities, ensuring quality, reliability, and a strong team ethos. I believe in a hands-on, people-first approach, and I’m always happy to have a chat, whether you’re looking for work or the right people to strengthen your team.

James Williams

Hi, I’m James, Director at Elite Labour Support. With over 20 years of experience in the civils and rail sectors, I’ve worked across various key roles from site safety and on-track plant operations through to regional account management and business development.

I’ve spent much of my career at TXM Plant, progressing through positions such as Controller of Site Safety, Plant Operations Supervisor, and most recently, Regional Account Manager. During this time, I’ve built strong relationships with clients, delivered strategic growth, and developed a deep understanding of the industry’s operational needs.
